Headed Home

We checked out at 12N then had to "hang out" till our airport shuttle picked us up at 2:30p.
What to do? After lunch, my honey got us a last drink! 

This soft frozen drink called "Mango Dream".  It tasted more coconut to me.
Very Yummy.

Through our the stay, my honey played pinball.

Who knew he was a pinball wizard.

One last game of pool too.

The trip to the airport took almost an hour and most of the way it was pouring rain. After checking our bag, we made our way through all the lines to make it to our gate and wait for our delayed flight to depart. Thank goodness we were holding tickets from the AA Advantage program. It felt wonderful to know we had a seat. The gate agent asked for volunteers to sit on the exit row-so we did it-more leg room and even the middle seat empty. It was a great flight to DFW but then we waited 30min for our luggage to come off the aircraft. Next-the shuttle to the Parking Spot to get our car. The last leg is the 2 hour drive to Stephenville. 11:30 local time and we are HOME!

The puppies was so happy to see us. Wonderful to be back in our own bed.

A Day at the Beach

We took the shuttle from our resort -Warwick- to Cabbage Beach on Paradise Island. The water was beautiful and our private area was perfect.

To our left of our private beach was an area where cruise passengers were for the day. 

A lot of cruise passengers!

We stayed for a short while longer

Then back to Warwick - perfect timing because as soon as we returned, the rain came in

We had lunch, watched a movie and relaxed in our room. After dinner we took the shuttle to Atlantis.
Wow! It's like a theme park. We walked through the inside where there are shops, statues and even a casino!

We walked outside and saw the amazing water park. There are SHARKS!

It was a beautiful night so we walked back to Warwick. Strolling hand in hand through a quaint shopping village, a perfect "last night" for our 3rd anniversary trip.

Vacation 2019 Day 6

Happy 3rd Anniversary

We've actually it seems we have been celebrating all week. But today is the day the marks when we said "I DO".

We had a great day just being together. 

We played pool outside

And strolled the property

Till the rain came in.

Then we played pool inside.

And later enjoyed an afternoon nap and movie in our room. 

7PM reservations at the Italian restaurant. 

Strolled outside after dinner and enjoyed another sunset. Also, listened to the poolside piano man.

I am so blessed to have found this wonderful man.
